In the event of natural disasters such as fire, road accidents and other emergencies, the people of South Australia turn to the CFS website to plan and get accurate warnings and incidents. The Country Fire Service is the most visited South Australian Government site and in times of emergency helps to save lives.
The CFS required a platform that would scale to meet the demands placed on the website, and become an integral part of the organization's frontline emergency communication. Non-technical communications and support staff were required to manage complex data and content within the website.
