CentricMinds supports integrations with a range of applications. The CentricMinds API enables developers to integrate additional applications using the suite of RESTful Web Services. Following are some examples of existing CentricMinds integrations.
Design, configure and manage bespoke signing solutions for documents and web forms managed within CentricMinds.
The CentricMinds integration with DocuSign enables organizations to design, configure and manage bespoke signing solutions for documents and web forms.
Organizations can publish their documents to DocuSign in order to create DocuSign templates. These templates can then be used in conjunction with CentricMinds' Form Processing by assigning one or more DocuSign PDFs with forms presented within the Document Management system. This process is also supported across Internet and Intranet sites managed by CentricMinds, allowing organizations to design powerful digital signing solutions for employees and customers.
When users complete web forms within the DMS, Internet or Intranet site, CentricMinds is configured to display the assigned document template for signing by that user. When the user submits the form, CentricMinds processes the submission and requests the document from DocuSign. The document is then displayed to the user for signing and the form submission is stored in CentricMinds. Form submissions can be used to trigger a form based workflow process which may require the user to complete additional documents or review other information.
CentricMinds enables organizations invested in SharePoint to synchronize and expose documents in unique ways.
CentricMinds enables organizations who are invested in SharePoint to share these documents in new ways; publishing remotely to an Internet or Extranet site, synchronizing a collection of documents to a cloud environment, allowing documents to be digitally signed using DocuSign and more.
The CentricMinds integration with SharePoint involves importing documents from SharePoint into the CentricMinds Document Management repository and includes support for a one-time synchronization (when migrating from SharePoint to CentricMinds), or ongoing synchronization (where SharePoint and CentricMinds co-exist together).
CentricMinds enables organizations to access Microsoft Cloud resources using the Microsoft Graph RESTful web API, and allows drag and drop publishing between SharePoint and the CentricMinds Drive directory.
A synchronization is based on SharePoint Sites (one or more sites and/or sub sites) and Lists (a group or collection of content that may have been configured in SharePoint). CentricMinds supports integration with SharePoint Online.

CentricMinds Google Workspace Intranet Software enables organizations to sign up and choose a CentricMinds instance in their AWS region of choice, and then configure the CentricMinds Intranet with their Google Workspace service.
Teams who use Google Workspace enjoy the power of real-time collaboration, the flexibility of just needing a web browser to do work and the security provided by Google.
Once you’ve connected your Google Service account with your CentricMinds instance, the Google integration provides your team with the following.
CentricMinds allows you to configure and map Drive folders within the CentricMinds Drive. Once your Google Service account is in place, you can display Drive folders and their contents within your CentricMinds Intranet. Clicking on the file title will retrieve the document from Google Drive and display a file preview. Users can also click on the download link to retrieve the selected file from Google Drive (including the conversion of a Google Doc to an MS Word document format, and a Google Sheet to an MS Excel document format if required). Users can also choose to preview different versions of Google Workspace documents from within CentricMinds Drive. As your team continues to collaborate on Docs, Sheets and Slides, all versioning activity will be synchronized and displayed within your CentricMinds Intranet.
Once your Docs, Sheets and Slides are exposed from within CentricMinds, you can then leverage the tools of the CentricMinds Intranet environment. Add tags to build dynamic document collections, create workplaces for promoting Google Workspace content and display G Suite content within Intranet web page content.
In the same way CentricMinds integrates with Microsoft Active Directory to display user profiles, the integration with Google People Directory will display team profiles within the CentricMinds Team Directory through the synchronization of groups. Uniquely, CentricMinds can support the display of profiles from three sources; CentricMinds User Accounts (users created and managed natively within CentricMinds), Microsoft Active Directory accounts and Google People Directory accounts. Once accounts are synchronized with the CentricMinds Team Directory, you can then apply additional metadata like Location, Professional Expertise, Associated Projects and more.
CentricMinds provides Event & Task Management tools that support synchronization with Google Calendar. Create an Event Calendar and display events from your Google Calendar alongside events created and managed within CentricMinds. Users can also create events within CentricMinds and synchronize them back to your Google Calendar. You can also create forms and associate them with events and tasks, and also associate media like videos with events as well.
For teams who are running their operation using Dropbox, now you can connect your existing Dropbox account with CentricMinds and deliver powerful user experiences for your customers and partners.

CentricMinds supports integration with Salesforce enabling organizations to capture user data and push this into Salesforce. This is primarily achieved through CentricMinds support for Zapier (an app integration service). Some example use cases include:User submitted form data (e.g. from a contact or feedback form) is pushed into Salesforce as contacts (e.g. for the user submitting it) and data / interaction history associated with that contact,User sign up (e.g. end users signing up for an account within the site) are pushed into Salesforce as contacts,User event registrations (e.g. end users registering to attend an event within the site) are pushed into Salesforce as leads,Orders placed via CentricMinds solution are pushed into Salesforce as leads.In addition, CentricMinds supports Salesforce Single Sign On which enables users to access / sign in to Salesforce using their CentricMinds account credentials (and thus for access to Salesforce to be managed through CentricMinds and / or Active Directory).
CentricMinds supports integration with Infusionsoft. This is achieved through direct integration which allows administrators to map fields from their forms directly with fields within Infusionsoft. The primary focus of the integration is contact / lead generation (each form submission creating a new contact / lead or updating a previously created one).
CentricMinds supports integration with HubSpot. Once in HubSpot, CentricMinds can automate EDM campaigns and track and manage sales opportunities. By connecting HubSpot to other tools via Zapier, a fully automated sales management funnel can be created that starts with the management of your site using CentricMinds.
